The “Social sustainability and B-Corp” event organized by Confindustria Vicenza at CUOA Business School was held on Monday, June 12.

One of the speakers was Massimo Poliero, Legor’s CEO, who have told our responsibility path from the beginning until today, in this year in which we formalized our commitment to the Planet, community and people, becoming a Benefit Company.

For a company, embracing sustainability means in fact implementing actions that give a strong boost to the Social and Governance sphere, as well as the environmental one, through structured paths capable of generating positive impacts. In this sense, Legor takes care to do their part in various ways: from the gradual waste reduction and emissions to the use of recycled and certified raw materials, to the care of their collaborators, up to actions of support towards the local and non-local community and much more.

Our CEO spoke about this and the advantages, challenges and evolutions that the virtuous paths undertaken by companies can generate, with the other entrepreneurs and managers present during the event. The road seems to be long, but it is the experience of those small to large companies that encourage and make it possible to achieve this goal for the benefit of the Planet and People.
