Legor is one of the promoters and key organizers of the technical workshop “Shine with Precision: Technology, Quality and Compliance for Your Jewelry”, which will take place on September 23rd in Mexico at Expo Guadalajara, Salon Zapopan.
The event, organized by Legor together with UNICAM – an inspection body accredited by the Mexican Accreditation Entity (EMA) and approved by the Ministry of Economy – and Helmuth Fischer, a leading company in coating thickness measurement and materials analysis, was created to offer highly specialized training for the jewelry sector.
This full-day theoretical and practical workshop is designed for manufacturers, technicians, and quality managers, and will focus on three key areas in modern jewelry production:
- Gold electroplating techniques
- X-ray fluorescence (XRF) technology for coating thickness control
- Regulatory compliance with NOM-033/1 SE 2020 for precious metal items
