Legor Group installs the first plating line in Ecuador for decorative purposes.

Cuenca (Ecuador), 2.500 m.a.s.l.: on March 2017, we concluded an ambitious project for the PLATING INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS division of Legor Group. Following a request of our Client AGNI METALES a plating line for ZAMAK and BRASS has been installed, sized for the production of 30.000 pieces per day. Other than the implant we supplied all the chemical and electrolitic systems needed for the preparation of the various galvanic baths used to fill the tanks, guaranteeing a 360° support to the Client.

Our team had to face two big challenges:

• From a technical side: being able to size the implant and the chassis with maximum precision during the development phase
• From the logistic side: installing the implant in particularly complex conditions, at 2.500 m.a.s.l.

The project lasted a year with two weeks dedicated to on-site installation, thanks to a working team of high expertise: Martino Gardan and Massimo Zen for technical support and Federica Galdeman and Carlos Delgado for the commercial aspects.

Today the new Legor Group plating line at AGNI METALES represents the best of industrial-scale implants on the Market, mostly thanks to the entirely made-in-Italy production capabilities and know-how.
