On the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, last week we invited our Legor People to take part in a shared moment of reflection, organized in collaboration with Women For Freedom.

Women For Freedom is a grassroots organization in our local area that works every day to support women, girls, and children in extremely vulnerable situations, providing them with concrete tools to regain their freedom and build a better future.

Legor chose to promote this event to raise awareness among all members of the company about a topic that affects us all—regardless of role, gender, or context. We believe in creating a workplace (and a world) that is more aware, respectful, and inclusive, starting from the power of dialogue and active listening.

The meeting focused on key themes such as inclusion, equality, and the power of language, which—both positively and negatively—shapes our actions and the way we live together.
